You'll need:
- 2 coffee filters
- Packet of instant coffee
- Needle and Thread
- Glue
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Sharpie Marker
Step 1:
Fold coffee filters in half.
Step 2:
Cut a rectangle from folded coffee filters.
Step 3:
How you should cut your rectangle.
Step 4:
Completed cut rectangles. Then, stitch sides of coffee filters closed. Stitch to the top of the open side.
Step 5:
Completed stitched rectangles. Stitches may be close together, or a bit apart.
Step 6:
Fill rectangles with instant coffee packet. If you do not care for coffee, you make fill the bag with loose tea leafs.
Step 7:
Cut out or draw a shape or word out of construction paper. Take a piece of thread and glue it to back of design. I glued a small piece of extra construction paper to the back to sandwich the thread and secure it in place. Then, attach other side of thread to open end of rectangle. Fold corners down, then fold top of rectangle over them with thread attached to your design underneath. Staple closed.
